Candidates must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification. Candidates in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for BPSC, but their graduation result should be declared before the final exam of BPSC. |

The age limit for different BPSC exam posts varies as per the official notification. The minimum age for most of the posts is 21 years, and the maximum age limit is 37 years. Candidates can refer to the above-mentioned eligibility criteria for the specific age limit of each post.
For Persons with Disability (PwD), the upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years. Ex-servicemen who are not above 53 years of age can avail BPSC age relaxation of three years plus the number of years in service.

For government employees who have been in continuous service for at least three years, the number of attempts is limited to three. In addition, the upper age limit is relaxed by five years for such candidates.

68th BPSC Mains Admit Card has been released. The exam will take place on 12th, 17th & 18th May 2023. The BPSC 69th CCE Exam Dates have also been announced. The Prelims for the same will be held on 30th September 2023. The application process for the 68th BPSC Mains (without late fee) was closed on 20th April 2023. The BPSC 68th Prelims Result was announced on 27th March 2023 for the exam held on 12th February 2023. The BPSC 68th Exam Notification was released for 281 posts. The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in prelims, mains, and personality tests. The selection process for the BPSC Exam comprises prelims, mains, and interview.
